The Williams Memorial Hall is a registered charity under the Charity Commission for England and Wales. The Hall’s charity number is 246245.
The Hall is administered by seven Trustees including a Chairman and Vice-Chairman. Collectively they have the overall responsibility for the good management of the hall.
The Clerk to Trustees is responsible for the day to day management of the Hall. This makes a total of eight members on the Hall Trustees Committee.
Committee meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month with the exception of August when there is no meeting. Meetings start immediately following the meeting of Coychurch Lower Community Council’s meeting.
Members of the public are welcome to attend any of these meetings.
The Memorial Hall has just received a grant from the Big Lottery Fund to replace the two old gas central heating boilers. It is hoped that the work will be completed by by the end of August 2014.
