Minutes of Coychurch Lower Community Council, Planning Meeting held at
the Council Meeting Room on Friday 7th July 2017 at 9.30am
PRESENT. Cllr. K. Smith, Cllr Miss J. Brace, Cllr. Mrs Helen Evans and the Clerk P. Smith.
1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologises for absence were received from Cllr. Bruce Nash and Cllr. Miss Penelope Gwilliam and Cllr. Deryn Martin.
2. TO ELECT A CHAIRMAN OF THE PLANNING SUB COMMITTEE.
It was proposed by Cllr Brace and seconded by Cllr Evans that Cllr Smith be elected Chairman of the planning subcommittee. This was agreed.

Notification received from BCBC that the Public Inquiry into the appeal by Triangle Three
reference Units 6/7 Waterton Retail Park scheduled for the 5th July has been postponed.
